About The Position

To be the main point of contact for Revela™ to internal and external customers, proactively managing their needs, aligning with Dairy capability and portfolio. As such delivering profitable sales growth, technical competence through education and brand awareness across customers. The job holder would be an experienced commercial and/or technical leader who demonstrates the ability to inspire customers, support a high-performance culture, is technically and commercially competent and has a real passion to develop a strong value proposition for Revela Flavors™. This is seen as key resource and ambassador role in a highly strategic market for ADM and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to continue building an exciting business unit.

  • Marketing expertise to build consumer brands in a compelling and engaging way
  • Strong analytical / P&L experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent in English
  • A full driver’s license and passport, and be flexible to travel on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, onboard and grow key accounts effectively with sales team.
  • Understand channel requirements to evolve and adapt business technology offerings
  • Oversee brand strategies and marketing execution in conjunction with Marketing Team to maximize awareness and consideration within the region, including trade shows
  • Establish market and competitor activity monitoring from a commercial perspective
  • Build / develop a high performing portfolio that services customers E2E requirements
  • Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for awareness and growth
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Monthly reporting, sales analytics and technical insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency
  • Stay up to date on savory trend analysis, competitive activity and changing consumer behaviors through industry publications, events and insights reports
  • Identify appropriate exhibitions and events to attend to build awareness and demonstrate a return on any investment
