About The Position
C&W Services is looking for a Regional Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple high-volume distribution sites. This is not a traditional facilities maintenance role. We're looking for an experienced industrial maintenance leader with a strong background in conveyor systems, robotics, automated material handling, sortation, and distribution/fulfillment operations. Requirements
- Multi-site maintenance management experience
- Industrial maintenance leadership experience
- Experience with conveyors, robotics, automated material handling, sortation, or similar industrial automation
- 3+ years of people-management experience, including coaching, KPIs, and accountability
- Either a 4-year degree AND 3 years of people-management experience, OR 5 years of people-management experience in lieu of a 4-year degree
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ability to travel between multiple assigned sites

- Background is in conveyors, robotics, automated equipment, sortation, or high-volume distribution/fulfillment maintenance
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations across six local sites, traveling between locations as needed.
- Manage, coach, and develop maintenance teams while driving accountability and performance.
- Oversee maintenance of conveyors, robotics, sortation, automated material-handling systems, and related equipment.
- Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Monitor KPIs, work orders, backlog, downtime, and other maintenance metrics.
- Partner with site leadership, clients, vendors, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reliability, and operational efficiency.
