The Regional Advisor II plays a pivotal role in connecting prospective students with opportunities at Texas A&M University. This position leads the development and implementation of admissions, financial aid, and early outreach strategies designed to identify, engage, recruit, and enroll future Aggies. In addition to fostering meaningful relationships with students, families, and educational partners, the Regional Advisor II serves as a mentor and trainer for team members and provides leadership for key recruitment initiatives and programs. This position is based in Los Angeles, California and will require the employee to report to work locations in the Los Angeles area. Extensive travel required in assigned recruiting territory. Evenings and weekend work required. Multiple trips per year to Texas A&M – College Station will be required for training and assisting with large recruiting events. Must be self-motivated with the ability to coordinate and attend meetings and conferences at times beyond usual working hours. This position is not eligible for an alternative work location (AWL).
