About The Position

At Legacy Hospice, our mission is to provide compassionate and expert end-of-life care for patients and families. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Administrator (RN) to oversee the clinical operations of multiple branches, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead with integrity and heart.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of employment
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Active BLS certification
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or a related field
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN)
Prior experience in hospice or home health

Responsibilities

Oversee direct and indirect clinical care delivery for multiple branch locations
Provide leadership and support to Branch Administrators and clinical staff
Collaborate with business development to strengthen referral relationships and census
Monitor operational indicators and support budget planning and expense management
Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations
Supervise clinical documentation and recordkeeping practices
Conduct performance evaluations and mentor branch leadership
Serve as acting Branch Administrator as needed
Provide hands-on RN case management support when required
Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence
