The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will serve as a strategic partner to professional customers across their assigned region, helping grow both new and existing Behr and Kilz business within professional account channels. This role is responsible for building and delivering territory strategies that strengthen customer relationships, expand market share, and drive balanced revenue and profitability. The RAM will oversee their regional pipeline from start to finish, including finding opportunities, crafting account plans, and delivering sales strategies aligned to Behr’s Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP). They will work closely with internal partners to develop impactful solutions, secure specifications, and position Behr/Kilz as a preferred or sole supplier within customer organizations. Success requires strong consultative selling skills, disciplined territory management, and proficiency in navigating complex customer environments. The RAM will stay closely connected to market dynamics, proactively identifying trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities that inform their approach and drive growth. In addition to sales execution, they will represent the brand through professional presentations, educational seminars, trade shows, and customer-facing events. They will manage their day-to-day activity with a high level of organization and accountability, maintaining accurate CRM documentation, adhering to administrative requirements, and operating safely in accordance with company policies.
