About The Position

Our Ethos Sales Team is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to support and grow our client partnerships across the Midwest territories. This remote position includes occasional travel and is ideal for candidates based in states in the Midwest area. This position will play a pivotal role in driving Ethos's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within the medical management and investigative services sector. This individual will leverage their consultative sales skills to present Ethos' suite of solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Prior B2B sales experience, preferably within insurance, risk management, healthcare, or professional services (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with claims-related stakeholders, including adjusters, case managers, employers, and carriers (preferred).
  • Understanding of workers' compensation, disability, auto, and liability claims processes (preferred).
  • Experience with nurse case management, IME, utilization review, or medical bill review services strongly (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed outreach goals by conducting 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in person), including up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel (2-3 trips per quarter).
  • Pursue new clients and deepen relationships with existing accounts by leveraging a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Keep Salesforce updated with all sales activities, meetings, and progress toward goals.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Ethos and grow brand visibility.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful sales handoffs.
