The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will serve as a strategic partner to professional customers in the assigned region, focusing on growing both new and existing Behr and Kilz business within professional account channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing territory strategies to enhance customer relationships, increase market share, and drive balanced revenue and profitability. The RAM will manage the regional pipeline from opportunity identification and account planning to sales strategy delivery, aligning with Behr’s Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP). Collaboration with internal teams is key to developing solutions, securing specifications, and positioning Behr/Kilz as a preferred supplier. Success requires strong consultative selling, disciplined territory management, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments. The role involves staying informed about market dynamics, trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Additionally, the RAM will represent the brand through presentations, seminars, trade shows, and customer events. Daily activities require organization and accountability, including accurate CRM documentation, adherence to administrative requirements, and safe operation in accordance with company policies.
