About The Position

This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the overall business relationship with accounts. The position involves account mapping, business unit breakdown, running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ensuring Crane Worldwide offices understand and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role also includes report creation, monitoring, distribution, performance management, market analysis, and driving collaborative efforts internally. A key aspect is identifying service or opportunity gaps, penetrating organizational structures, developing relationships beyond main points of contact, maintaining rates, assessing yields, monitoring accounts for timely payments, and assisting with collections. The role requires entering meeting notes, action items, complaints, and compliments into the CRM. Travel within the region to visit accounts and offices may be necessary to review procedures and maintain customer satisfaction. The position ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, identifies growth opportunities, and develops strategies to secure them with internal resources. A business development plan with short- and long-term objectives, initiatives, and quantified value-added contributions is also required. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall business relationship with clients.
  • Perform account mapping and business unit breakdown to align regional/global teams.
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure proper preparation.
  • Ensure Crane Worldwide offices servicing the account understand and execute SOPs.
  • Create, monitor, and distribute reports.
  • Manage performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain industry awareness.
  • Drive collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices in Client Reviews, Strategic Business Plans, Value Add Programs, Process Improvements, Tender Management, and Technology Solutions.
  • Perform impact and coverage analysis to identify service or opportunity gaps.
  • Penetrate organizational structures and develop relationships beyond main points of contact.
  • Maintain rates and assess yields monthly.
  • Monitor accounts for timely payments and assist with collections on past due invoices.
  • Enter all meeting notes, action items, complaints, and compliments into the CRM and distribute to appropriate people in the global network.
  • Travel within the region to visit accounts/account sites and Crane Worldwide offices to review procedures and maintain customer information/satisfaction.
  • Ensure all company policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop a strategy to secure opportunities with the appropriate internal resources.
  • Create a business development plan with short- and long-term business objectives, initiatives, and quantified value-added contribution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
