About The Position

Elavon provides end-to-end payment processing services to merchants and financial institutions globally. We handle every aspect of the acquiring relationship, from transaction processing to customer service, and ensure compliance with payment security requirements. Elavon employs approximately 3,600 people worldwide and supports over one million clients across various sectors. We utilize a white-label branding model and partner with financial institutions, trade associations, government agencies, and ISOs/MSPs to market our services. Elavon's Global Acquiring Solutions organization is part of U.S. Bank’s Payment Services division. U.S. Bancorp is the fifth-largest commercial bank in the United States. This role is for a Retail Account Executive who will develop new business relationships through merchant services and increase profitability from existing accounts. The position involves identifying business opportunities, making sales presentations, and implementing referral networks. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area, specifically targeting the southern part of Atlanta to McDonough, and will manage a designated territory within this region. Employees are eligible for the Business Line Incentive Plan in addition to salary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Develops profitable, new business account relationships through merchant services.
  • Creates increased profitability from existing accounts.
  • Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
  • Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.
  • Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
