About The Position

GreenWay Waste and Affinity Waste Solutions, the second-largest valet trash and bulk removal company in the country, is seeking a Regional Account Executive. This role is designed for individuals who aim to dominate their region, build significant business relationships, and become a recognized presence within their territory. The position offers a unique ONE TEAM structure, allowing for cross-selling opportunities into other states and markets, thereby increasing deal volume and income potential. The company emphasizes internal promotion, providing clear paths for high performers to advance into senior, director, or national roles within the rapidly growing organization.

Requirements

  • 3 years of strong B2B consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Confidence, discipline, and drive to manage a large territory.
  • Ability to quickly build trust with decision-makers.
  • Comfort with a high-activity sales rhythm.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire for growth, advancement, and bigger opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a culture that rewards results and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop your assigned territory as if it were your own business.
  • Cultivate new relationships with property managers, regional managers, owners, and management companies.
  • Become the trusted regional expert for clients.
  • Drive high-volume prospecting, conduct property visits, engage in regional networking, and maintain a strong industry presence.
  • Cross-sell existing relationships into additional markets to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth client launches and sustained service quality.
  • Conduct onsite orientations, property check-ins, and health reviews.
  • Track deals, pipeline, and activities using Zoho CRM.
  • Build a strong regional reputation through consistent presence, follow-up, and successful outcomes.
