This includes DDO/Inventory/Vehicle logistics, MBEP/MCVP/ABP, Vehicle Incentives, and Aftersales Operations. The role involves answering dealer inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and processes, such as warranty questions, labor rate, and parts markup increases, while delivering exceptional service to the Mazda dealer network. The position collaborates with region leadership and the field team to identify opportunities for optimizing dealer performance, spearheads program administration, analyzes and reports on key metrics, manages the department budget, and ensures effective communication between management, field, and dealers. Key responsibilities include communication support (30%), performance management (30%), project management (30%), and budget management (10%).
