About The Position

Rock House is a leader in residential, foster, and in-home support and care for persons with disabilities, with over 40 years of experience. This administrative role involves overseeing the planning, direction, and delivery of healthcare services. The position requires managing business operations, overseeing service teams, assessing operational challenges, setting team directions, resolving issues, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field of health care, human services, or other related degree
  • 3-5 years advanced management experience in healthcare or other relevant delivery systems
  • Excellent communication skills - listening, speaking, and writing skills
  • Multi-tasking and attention to detail
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willing to relocate to the Stephenville, TX area

Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, and managing business operations and healthcare services
  • Overseeing and managing processes of service teams
  • Assessing and addressing operational challenges
  • Setting directions for teams, resolving issues, and providing guidance
  • Staying apprised of relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and policies
