About The Position

Asahi Beer USA is seeking a Region Manager to lead their Plains business. This role is for a proven sales leader who can grow brands, develop people, and achieve results through distributor partners and account teams. The Region Manager will own the P&L for their region, driving availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori. This involves executing Annual Business Plans with distributors, developing team members, and managing a multi-brand portfolio to deliver volumetric and financial results. This is a leadership position for an experienced individual ready to contribute to a growing brand.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record of growing brands and delivering results in a regional sales leadership role
  • Experience managing and developing field sales teams
  • Strong distributor relationship management and Annual Business Plan execution experience
  • Deep fluency in the U.S. three-tier system and off-premise retail landscape
  • Experience managing multiple brands across beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol
  • High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Someone who leads from the front — not from a spreadsheet
