Assesses, analyzes, and monitors administrative systems and procedures at the care center level. Makes recommendations for improved systems and procedures and increased efficiency of operations. Provides written reports of problem or deficiency identification and written plans of correction. Evaluates staffing and training requirements and provides support in meeting those needs. Communicates issues, problems and recommendations to leadership (and/or AVP, VP of Home Health Division, Senior Regional Business Office Manager, Regional Director Operations and VP of Clinical Operations). Monitors, assesses, and provides continuous support in decreasing accounts receivable to company standards.
