About The Position

VIVO is a U.S.-based company that designs, manufactures, and supplies products across multiple product markets, including monitor and TV mounts, TV carts, projector screens and mounts, height-adjustable desks, computer cases, and network cable. The Refurbishment Specialist manages the product return cycle, assessing returned items and restoring them when appropriate to maximize value. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort standing and ability to frequently lift 25–50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
• Current or applicable forklift certification.
• Familiarity with Google applications, including Gmail and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Process returned products and assess whether each should be refurbished as “New,” classified as “Used (X),” or recycled.
• Clean, repair, and repackage products to meet or exceed customer expectations and match the appearance of original packaging.
• Organize and move returned product pallets.
• Maintain spare-box inventory and request needed parts from the Parts team.
• Regularly assist with unloading shipping containers of new products.
• Prioritize work based on product profitability.
• Identify and implement ways to improve refurbishment-process efficiency.
