About The Position

VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing business succeed. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Waterloo, IA. Job Purpose Summary: Work with the VGM Fulfillment Repairs team to address client CPAP concerns. Partner with manufacturers and durable medical equipment companies to make sure the patient is taken care of and receiving the proper care. Requirements

Proven ability to routinely adapt to change, provide exemplary customer service skills, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge of Excel
Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business
Extensive Knowledge of SNAP as well as prior repair troubleshooting
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient enough to perform the essential duties of the role
Ability to lift up to 15lbs at times
Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility 25% of the workday
Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment
Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
Strict adherence to all physical safety standards

Responsibilities

Clean and refurbish CPAP machines for clients
Safety must be observed at all times because of the use of high presser blowers and sanitizing solutions
Follows strict HIPAA confidentially guidelines
Answer telephone and emails in a timely manner; take messages as needed providing answers to questions from clients and manufacturing companies
Refurbish equipment and set CPAP machines for patients
Process repair request through manufacturers via phone or email
Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds
Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management
Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to assist with other departmental functions upon request.
Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials
