About The Position

Researches, analyzes, and reconciles all credit balances. Reviews all accounts on which credit balances exist and determines reason for the credit balance. Requests a refund if necessary. Responds to third party inquiries and works to resolve circumstances that create credit balances. Maintains all refund documentation in accordance with internal audit requirements. Identifies accounts on which contractual adjustments are incorrect.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Required to type 35 wpm.
• None required.
