About The Position
APS Medical Billing located in Toledo Ohio, is looking for a motivated individual to join our payments team as a refund processor. This role is responsible for evaluating credit balance accounts and issuing credit refunds when due. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle and experience in reading EOBs. The position requires meeting productivity and quality measures, and performing other duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Medical Billing / Payment Posting
- Confidential and Trustworthy
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle
- Experience in reading EOBs
Responsibilities
