FIFO Refrigeration Technician - 14&14
About The Position
Delta FM is seeking two Maintenance Refrigeration Technicians to join their existing teams in Gruyere or Mardie on an even time days only roster. These roles offer permanent employment with a dedicated room and a back-to-back team member. The positions involve FIFO from Perth Airport with domestic flights to site, or DIDO options for locals. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring the continuity of essential building and engineering services in a complex environment, including the maintenance of splits, ducted systems, water coolers, ice machines, fridges, and freezers. On-site training is provided for working in remote accommodation villages, which include temporary and permanent housing, commercial kitchens, dining rooms, laundry, and office buildings. Additional allowances are available, such as on-call allowance with a 3-hour minimum call-out at penalty rates, nominee allowance, leading hand allowance if applicable, and an annual retention bonus.
Requirements
- WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
- Full C Class Drivers Licence
- White Card
- CPR + LVR within 12 months
- Police Check within 12 months
- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Able to undergo Rio In-Person training before mobilisation to site
- Living in WA and able to FIFO from Perth Airport
Responsibilities
