Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline.
2+ years supporting system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
Proven success in helping conduct new technology and new product development projects to improve the function, reliability, or cost of products and components.

Responsibilities

Use and apply engineering knowledge in psychometrics, refrigeration, and thermodynamics in the analysis and design of products and systems.
Effectively design using refrigeration simulation tools and prototyping to meet technical requirements and communicate how design meets requirements.
Use simulation and test data to communicate design challenges and improvements and demonstrate design meeting requirements.
Works effectively with internal and external testing laboratories and cross-functional teams.
Uses engineering judgement, analysis, and innovation to identify and solve problems.
