Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years supporting system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
  • Proven success in helping conduct new technology and new product development projects to improve the function, reliability, or cost of products and components.

Responsibilities

  • Use and apply engineering knowledge in psychometrics, refrigeration, and thermodynamics in the analysis and design of products and systems.
  • Effectively design using refrigeration simulation tools and prototyping to meet technical requirements and communicate how design meets requirements.
  • Use simulation and test data to communicate design challenges and improvements and demonstrate design meeting requirements.
  • Works effectively with internal and external testing laboratories and cross-functional teams.
  • Uses engineering judgement, analysis, and innovation to identify and solve problems.
