Requirements

Comprehensive understanding of thermodynamic principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration components
Proficient in using wrenches, screwdrivers, brazing torches, and other specialized tools
Skilled in employing diagnostic equipment for effective problem identification
Ability to lift heavy machinery, work in tight spaces, and remain on your feet for long durations
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues
Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts in simple terms
Enthusiastic about continuous learning, enhancing skills, and delivering high-quality results
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment like freezers, ice machines, and walk-in coolers according to specifications.
Using specialized tools to locate refrigerant leaks, diagnose electrical issues, perform maintenance, and ensure optimal performance.
Answering client questions, providing updates, maintaining documentation, and upholding high-quality and safety standards.
