About The Position

This role involves refrigeration maintenance with a specific shift from 7 P.M. to 7 A.M. on a four-day week. The ability to work Sundays is required. The position demands physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Refrigeration or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to pass physical and contingent to a background check.
• Ability to work while walking/standing for long periods of time.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good work/attendance record and be responsible.
• Must have completed 90 days.
• Willingness to work weekends, Day’s or Night’s and overtime when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work in both cold and hot temperatures, and wet areas.
• Ability to do moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ability to problem solve / ability to solve mechanical problems.
• Ability to climb and perform work on platforms.
• Ability to pull and push heavy equipment.
• Ability to Read and Write basic English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain refrigeration equipment.
• Prepare work orders for any defects found.
• Maintain process safety management records.
• Keep records according to standard operating procedures.
• Participate in HAZMAT and CONFINED SPACE Training.
• Follow safety rules while operating machinery and follow procedure manuals.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematics.
