About The Position
This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended. Requirements
- Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Must have at least 6 months of work experience in Industrial maintenance/Refrigeration maintenance experience within the last 12 months OR verifiable formal educational studies in a relevant industrial maintenance trade in lieu of experience documented within your application’s work history and/or resume.
- Can be a combination of employers as long as it is within the past 12 months or your application will not be reviewed.
- Rehires are subject to a 91 day wait period, determined from their last date of employment to apply.
- Candidates that have worked for Tyson Foods or Tyson Affiliates 3 or more times will not be eligible for rehire.
