About The Position
This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets in a fast-paced factory environment. The work is performed in temperatures between 38-42 degrees Fahrenheit due to the nature of working with meat. Responsibilities include the use of various equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of industrial maintenance/refrigeration experience within the last 12 months, or verifiable schooling in a relevant industrial maintenance trade in lieu of experience documented in the work history of the application (can be a combination of employers).
- Passing a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical, and be recertified each year to maintain position.
- Must be clean shaven to ensure a proper fit when using SCBA equipment.

Responsibilities

- Performing overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Completing computer-based training.
- Entering data into the SAP system.
