About The Position

Almcoe is looking for a dependable Refrigeration Installation Helper to assist our installation crews with the installation of commercial refrigeration systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn the trade, and can work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and lifts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction, HVAC, or refrigeration experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of commercial refrigeration equipment, piping, and accessories.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Help install refrigeration piping, insulation, condensate drains, and equipment supports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with equipment start-up and job site cleanup.
• Travel to job sites and work overtime or overnight when required.
