Refrigeration Fabric Engineer
About The Position
Arcus FM is seeking Refrigeration Fabric Engineers based in or around the Southampton, Bournemouth, and Salisbury areas. This role involves carrying out fabrication repairs of refrigeration equipment in client stores, including cold rooms, shop floor cabinets, and integral doors/furniture/fittings. Adherence to all Arcus and client Health & Safety procedures is crucial. The role requires the ability to complete jobs within set timeframes and build relationships with clients. While often working independently, collaboration with other Fabric Engineers is sometimes necessary. Arcus FM emphasizes training and development, offering support with computer systems and access to a fully equipped training academy.
Requirements

- Ability to complete jobs within a pre-set time.
- Ability to integrate well into a team and have an easy-going nature.
- Experienced in repair work.
- Willingness to be supported with using the computer system.

Responsibilities
- Carry out fabrication repairs of refrigeration equipment in all clients' stores to an agreed service level.
- Repair cold rooms, shop floor cabinets, and integral doors/furniture/fittings.
- Adhere to all Arcus and client H&S procedures.
- Complete a list of jobs within a pre-set time.
- Develop relationships across stores.
- Ensure repairs are completed within SLA agreed timescales, especially during peak summer periods.
- Take pride in achieving high standards of work.
- Integrate well into a team when working with other Fabric Engineers.
