About The Position

Walmart is expanding with its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state-of-the-art facility will produce high-quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Detail clean (e.g., sweep, mop, clean spills) warehouse areas.
• Maintain, stock, clean, organize, and record inventory of required cleaning tools and supplies, including janitorial or supply closets and carts.
• Maintain records, logs, and forms.
• Mix chemicals used for equipment or cleaning.
• Safely and correctly perform facility upkeep activities (e.g., cleaning, maintain internal areas of the facility, operate sweepers/scrubber) and follows these requirements when doing own work in a timely and effective manner.
• Spot unsafe working conditions, poor products, and improper service procedures in the facility and report them to management with ideas for how to fix the problem.
• Ensure facility upkeep equipment is in proper working order and supplies are organized and stocked.
