About The Position
Refrigeration Trailer Technician/Mechanic needed for Kirk NationaLease in Lyndhurst, VA. This role involves hands-on work with reefer units and trailer refrigeration systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on reefer units and trailer refrigeration systems
- Strong proficiency and working knowledge of reefer (diesel-powered refrigeration) units, PMs, and A/C systems
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- Required experience repairing refrigeration units (diesel engine) on heavy-duty trailers
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)
