About The Position

Blue Origin Location Manager - Florida Job Responsibilities Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor daily attendant and Micro Market route assignments to ensure client service meets company standards and agreements. Coordinate deliveries of product to client locations. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring strong communication and partnership. Manage and evaluate employees; counsel and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork. Provide attendants with ongoing feedback, including recognition and coaching on growth opportunities, performance productivity, service partnership, safety, equipment operation, and client retention risk. Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis, including placing orders to ensure appropriate inventory levels. Develop the Service and Safety culture and utilize leadership skills to build employee performance, grow base business, and enhance client partnerships. Utilize strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention, and strong client relationships. Ensure optimal retail convenience execution across client sites. Resolve service issues for clients, conduct daily Micro Market visits at client sites to follow up and/or evaluate issues. Foster effective communication at all levels of the organization. Maintain all business records, documentation, and administrative standards, including personnel records, delivery and invoice records, product and asset inventories, and client sales, contact, and pricing records.

Requirements

  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related tasks.
  • Strong skills in client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking, and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
