About The Position
Refreshed Tech is actively hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing team. If you’re looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities to grow, we want to hear from you. All positions are full-time, first shift with benefits. Refreshed Tech specializes in IT asset disposition (ITAD), refurbishing and reselling electronics such as laptops, desktops, and tablets. Our mission is to help businesses maximize value from their technology while reducing electronic waste.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Nice To Haves
- Basic computer or technical aptitude preferred
- Previous warehouse, production, or technical experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on work in a production or warehouse environment
- Refurbish, test, and process electronic devices
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Follow work instructions and meet daily production goals
- Assist with basic maintenance or troubleshooting (Maintenance roles)
- Support team operations and workflow coordination (Lead roles)
