About The Position

Kinema Fitness is seeking an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor for a corporate fitness site at the Port of Miami. The instructor will conduct private sessions and lead group reformer classes, delivering personalized programs that align with clients’ goals and needs. The role offers the opportunity to build and manage a client base, with support from Kinema Fitness’s marketing and management teams, and to create a preferred schedule in a supportive setting. The instructor is expected to foster a welcoming, motivating environment and uphold the company’s 5-star hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Stott Pilates certification or another nationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification to lead private and group classes; Stott Pilates certification is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Liability insurance.
• Drive to build a schedule and clientele from the ground up.
• Professionalism, energy, and passion for delivering transformative client experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and retain clients.
