Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track outgoing and incoming referrals.
- Follow up with referred patients to confirm appointment scheduling and completion.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, specialists, and external offices to coordinate referral details.
- Contact insurance providers when needed to verify referral authorizations.
