Referral Coordinator

About The Position
Under general direction, the Referral Coordinator coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining preauthorizations, and communicating the status of appointments. The role is part of BHMG Orthopedics within Baptist Health, a full-spectrum health system dedicated to improving community health.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Computer skills preferred
