About The Position
As the Youth Referee of the Athletic Club, you will be responsible for refereeing youth basketball games. Referee’s will be expected to referee youth basketball games and maintaining the games under control. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Referee Certification
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company.
- Clear and professional oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to walk/run on the court, moving about on foot particularly from one side of the court to the other side.
- Familiarity with the rules of basketball.
- Minimum 1-3 years of refereeing experience.
Responsibilities
- Referee youth basketball games and maintaining the games under control.
- Communicate schedule conflicts with supervisor.
- Pass CPR/AED/1st Aid certification by an approved provider within 30 days from original date of hire and maintain certification while employed.
