In addition to mentorship, executive exposure and skill-building workshops, the curriculum includes: Participate in development sessions, Collaborate with teammates, Visit selected DaVita offices, Complete a 3 week analyst skills training, Participate in team projects, Work with cross-functional teams, Present a business case, Receive 360 degree feedback, Enhance your emotional IQ, Develop career clarity.
