About The Position

To process web orders as they are generated. This includes selecting products, communicating product availability with guests, process the transaction and delivering product to the guest’s vehicle. Ready Clerks are also expected to ensure customer satisfaction by giving prompt and courteous service, both in person and via communication.

Requirements

• Must have dexterity in hands to be able to use tablets, and cellular phone.
• Must have strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple guest’s orders.
• Must be able to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds up to forty percent (40%) of the time.
• Must be able to walk and stand for the majority of your scheduled work shift.

Responsibilities

• Print and select Webcart generated orders to guests specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to relay product information to guest via phone, text, or email as needed.
• Select product of the highest quality and freshness in all departments.
• Accurately identify produce items and key in their appropriate lookup code numbers.
• Process guests tokenized payment.
• Work closely with department managers to ensure order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Knowledge of store layout to efficiently select orders.
• Knowledge of weekly ad and Hot Sheet items.
• Provide high standards of customer service by properly greeting and thanking customers.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Communicate with Redner’s Ready Specialist department needs.
• Assist in general housekeeping around the store.
• Adjust inventory count and aisle mapping when necessary
• Identify and remove out of code/spoiled product from sales floor
