About The Position

This is a remote position, but applicants from Las Vegas, NV are preferred. We're a content-marketing company building a fast-growing Reddit and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) service, and we're looking for a strategist to own it. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands Reddit culture deeply, thinks strategically about brand presence, and can turn that into results for clients across multiple industries. You'll set strategy, guide execution, and be the internal expert others learn from.

Requirements

  • Deep, genuine understanding of Reddit. The culture, norms, and what does and doesn't work (this can't be faked, and we'll be able to tell)
  • Experience in content marketing, SEO, community management, social strategy, or a closely related field
  • Strategic thinking paired with a willingness to be hands-on, especially early
  • Strong writing and communication, and comfort speaking with clients
  • Familiarity with AI search / GEO / how LLMs surface and cite content is a strong plus
  • Self-directed. Comfortable owning ambiguity and building process where none exists
  • 3+ years of SEO Experience
  • 3+ years of Account/Project Management Experience
  • Presentation skills & Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand-specific Reddit and GEO strategies.
  • Identifying where and how brands should build authentic presence
  • Own the methodology for building and growing subreddits and community engagement, and improve it over time
  • Guide a team and freelance contributors executing content and community work to a high standard
  • Track performance across sentiment, share of voice, AI citations, and community growth, and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Act as the strategic voice on client calls, translating Reddit fluency into business outcomes
