We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Team Offensive Tool Developer with a strong background in exploit and tool development to support advanced penetration testing and offensive security operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cybersecurity, proven experience with programming and scripting, and a desire to identify and address capability gaps in Red Team operations.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI Clearance or Higher
Five (5) years of full-time professional experience supporting Red Team/Penetration Test engagements involving exploit and tool development.
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience developing in at least three scripting/programming languages, such as: Python, C++, Java, Assembly, C#, Rust or similar languages.
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience identifying gaps in tools and development techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Cyber Operations, Cyber Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics with a Computer Science concentration, or an equivalent discipline.
National Security Agency (NSA) Computer Network Operations Development Program (CNODP) Graduate
CSSP Infrastructure Support (i.e. CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, CND).
One of the following: GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN) or Offensive Security Exploit Developer (OSED).
Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a classified or high-security environment.
Knowledge of cyber threat emulation and adversary simulation.
Familiarity with common Red Team frameworks and tools.
PhD = 2 years experience
Master's = 3 years experience
Bachelor's= 5 years of experience.
Associate's = 8 years experience
High School/GED = 12 years experience
Certifications: (willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom tools and exploits to support Red Team operations.
Identify, analyze, and exploit vulnerabilities in various operating systems, networks, and applications.
Collaborate with team members to improve tools, tactics, and procedures.
Maintain awareness of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques.
Document findings and provide technical recommendations for remediation.
