About The Position

Parsons is looking for a talented Malware / Exploit Software Developer to join our growing team! This role involves offensive capability development, including the creation of exploits, shellcode, and bypassing mitigations. The developer will also conduct dynamic analysis and perform malware development, analysis, and software vulnerability research. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to US government customers to ensure the success of missions globally. Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical experience overall
  • 2+ years as a software developer
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Proficient in C and C#
  • Proficient in BOFs
  • 1+ years’ experience in offensive capability development for Windows environments
  • 1+ years’ experience working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Must pass the Advanced Cyber Red Team senior developer aptitude test
  • Must be able to travel 15% OCONUS and CONUS locations
  • An active Top Secret SCI security security clearance is required for this position.

  • Strong familiarity with Windows Active Directory
  • Experience developing exploits, shellcode, and bypassing mitigations such as nonexecutable stack (NX) and ASLR as well as more advanced exploit mitigations
  • Strong familiarity with the Windows API/Win32 modules for tool development
  • Ability to conduct dynamic analysis as needed via debuggers
  • Expertise in AV/EDR evasion techniques.
