Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Red Team certification and accreditation effort from requirements identification through assessment, deficiency resolution, approval, and sustainment.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated project plan and master schedule identifying requirements, tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources, responsible parties, priorities, and completion criteria.
  • Translate certification requirements into measurable, assignable tasks and work packages; coordinate assignments across government, contractor, technical, and supporting personnel.
  • Establish and maintain requirements traceability linking certification requirements to tasks, deliverables, supporting evidence, and completion status.
  • Track task owners, suspense dates, dependencies, deliverables, and milestones; monitor progress and identify overdue, at-risk, or critical-path activities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve schedule, resource, documentation, technical, and coordination issues; manage changes to requirements, priorities, schedules, and project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain certification readiness assessments, conduct internal reviews, identify gaps, and track deficiencies, findings, observations, corrective actions, and closure criteria.
  • Coordinate with technical subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure certification requirements are properly addressed, documented, and supported by sufficient evidence.
  • Coordinate the development, collection, review, organization, and maintenance of certification artifacts, including plans, procedures, training records, technical documentation, and assessment materials.
  • Maintain traceability and document control to ensure certification evidence is accurate, complete, current, organized, and readily available for assessors and approval authorities.
  • Establish and maintain corrective action plans identifying responsible parties, required actions, milestones, mitigation strategies, and closure criteria.
  • Serve as the primary project management interface among Red Team leadership, technical personnel, certification authorities, assessors, customer representatives, and supporting organizations.
  • Facilitate certification planning meetings, working groups, status reviews, readiness reviews, assessments, and corrective-action discussions; document and track resulting decisions, action items, owners, and suspense dates.
  • Maintain a project risk register addressing schedule, technical, resource, documentation, and organizational risks; develop and track mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor planned versus actual performance, establish project performance measures, and recommend corrective actions when progress deviates from established plans.
  • Develop and provide recurring status reports, dashboards, briefings, milestone reviews, and executive summaries detailing certification progress, requirements, deficiencies, risks, critical-path activities, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones.
  • Provide leadership with recommendations on priorities, risks, corrective actions, and readiness for formal certification and accreditation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain materials supporting certification assessments, leadership decision points, approval activities, and engagements with certification authorities.
  • Develop standardized processes, tools, templates, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to support requirements management, documentation control, evidence collection, corrective actions, risk management, readiness assessment, and certification sustainment.
  • Capture lessons learned, implement process improvements, and establish repeatable processes to transition from initial certification to an enduring certification sustainment model.
  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
