About The Position

The Red and Blue Team Engineer role focuses on leveraging expertise in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Network Security testing to enhance the capabilities of cyber defenders. This position involves identifying common vulnerabilities, recommending security solutions, and developing and implementing security strategies to protect critical military networks from evolving cyber threats. The engineer will utilize network-based analysis tools such as Metasploit and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework to probe targets, match attack vectors to tools and mission intent, and develop realistic cyber range scenarios for training offensive cyber talent. This role is for an experienced offensive cyber professional who wants to maintain their skills through real mission work while also contributing to the development of a new cohort of analysts.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a network architect or engineer in Network Operation Center style environments
Active TS/SCI clearance
Willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED
GIAC Cloud Penetration Testing (GCPN) Certification
