About The Position
National Star Services, a 27-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide, is seeking a Metal Recycling Sorter in Chicago, IL 60612. This role involves sorting and separating recyclable metals, working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The available schedules are 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm) and 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm). The pay rate is $17.05 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to ensure effective communication with all team members.
- Must be comfortable lifting over 50lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
