About The Position
Our client is looking for people to work as sorters in their recycling and processing plant in Springfield, MA. Hours are Monday thru Thursdays from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and Fridays from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. Pay rate is $15/hour. No experience necessary, just a willingness and desire to show up and do the required work.
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in non climate controlled facility
- Can lift up to 50 pounds, as needed, and stand for your entire shift.
- Consent to a background check and drug screen
- Must have your own reliable transportation as this facility is not near any bus routes.
- Steel toed 6 inch boots
- Long pants/ long sleeves (No rips/No tears)
- No loose fitting clothing
- Heavy lifting: 1 year (Required)
- Day Shift (Required)

Nice To Haves
- Prior sorting experience or work as a trash thrower is a plus.
