About The Position
Close the Loop is an international leader in recycling and sustainability, giving new life to materials like printer cartridges and plastics-while creating meaningful job opportunities. We are hiring immediately for: 1st Shift Production Associates - $15.00 an hour to start (5am - 3:30pm) 2nd Shift Production Associates - $16.00 an hour to start (3pm - 1:30am). Requirements
- Reliable and ready to work

- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Sort and separate recyclable materials (industrial grade plastics, cartridges, etc.)
- Assist with tracking and basic data entry of incoming materials
- Move materials using hand trucks, conveyors, and equipment
- Support other departments as needed
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
