Requirements
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to operate equipment (such as forklift, bailer, compactor, densifier, clamp truck, etc)
- Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in a safe manner
- Unload and sort recyclable materials
- Place materials in the proper designated areas
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any and all unsafe conditions
- All other duties as assigned
