As a Recycle Reuse Tech Specialist, you’ll work closely with distillation and operations teams to perform lab testing, analyze samples, support quality control, and help improve processes in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with wet chemistry, gas chromatography, solvent distillation, and general laboratory procedures required
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and maintaining accurate records
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work onsite in an industrial setting and meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, kneeling, and reaching

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Two or more years of industry-related experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory testing and analysis using wet chemistry, gas chromatography, and distillation processes
  • Collect, sample, and maintain inventory records for tanks, vessels, and incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Analyze samples and prepare Certificates of Analysis for outbound products
  • Support new distillation and recycling opportunities through sample testing and evaluation
  • Maintain laboratory databases, process records, and technical documentation
  • Assist with maintaining, troubleshooting, and evaluating laboratory equipment
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures while supporting plant operations
  • Other duties as assigned
