About The Position

BRT Extrusions, located in Niles, OH, is interviewing for a Recut Utility Worker to join our expanding Recut Department as we continue to grow! BRT is a growing aluminum extrusions company, and as we grow, our employees will grow as well. We offer, competitive hourly wages, medical, dental and vision insurance at 90 days, participation in our 401K (with Company match) program and paid vacation and paid holidays upon eligibility. We will offer firsthand training and wage increases for cross training completion. We also offer yearly merit increases. Requirements

Must be able to read a tape measure or be willing to learn.
Must maintain good attendance, be at work on time and commit to your schedule.
Must have ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Must be willing to work as a Utility Worker in other departments if needed.
Comply with Company policies including, but not limited, to all safety policies.
Must be 18 years of age to work in the plant.
Must be willing to participate in all required job and or employment related trainings. This includes but is not limited to all safety and technical or role or tool specific trainings.
