The Recruitment & Workforce Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s human resources and workforce needs through full cycle recruitment, workforce analysis, staffing coordination, and recruitment reporting. This exempt level Human Resources position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while analyzing workforce trends, vacancy metrics, turnover patterns, hiring outcomes, and staffing needs to support operational and strategic decision making across the organization. This position partners closely with Human Resources leadership, hiring managers, and operational leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies, improve hiring processes, monitor workforce trends, and support workforce planning initiatives. The Recruitment & Workforce Analyst is a strategic talent professional who combines strong recruitment expertise with advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
