About The Position

As a Recruitment Team Lead / Delivery Manager, you will oversee a team of recruitment consultants. Your focus will be on developing strategic recruitment plans, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of recruitment processes within the fintech and iGaming sectors.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within fintech or iGaming industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS systems.
Ability to manage and lead a team, with experience in a leadership role.
Excellent command of English and Russian languages.

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from candidate sourcing to placement.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the agency's client base and market presence.
