The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying and enrolling individuals and families that qualify for the Migrant Education Program. This includes representing the Migrant Education Program to agribusinesses, school districts, and the community at large. This person will also be responsible for coordinating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and continuous service delivery. The Recruitment Specialist will utilize their home as the home base and travel frequently throughout Dauphin County and surrounding counties (PA9). The Recruitment Specialist reports directly to the Migrant Education Team Leader or, in their absence, the Site Manager for Migrant Education.
